The recipe was given by a surveyor who
was to measure Liberland, but he found
it unmeasurable. Nevertheless it was not
unmeasurableness that fascinated him so
much - he was taken aback by abundance
and splendour of huge elderberry bushes.

It was excellent. Tasted a bit like
Porto... Or Malaga. Almost Malvasia
or Malmsey or Madeira.... So sweet.
But not too sweet. Heavy and thick.
Oh.... What a lack of right words
to describe its taste... It was.
Only once... Maybe it will be.
Nobody knows. We have to wait.
Patiently. Very patiently.
Never nervously.
