but a star
with a tail.

There are many stars in Liberland. They shine beautifully. They twinkle charmingly. None of them has a tail. They must be tailless stars. That's good. It means there are no tail stars here. Either they don't exists here, or they don't visit this so nice and cosy nook of the universe. It's so boring here, like in any one-horse town (or one-man state). Good. Let them steer clear of Liberland. Stars with tail bring nothing but troubles.
